  : Received a call that required us to keep traveling so wasn’t able to stay after checking in. Didn’t feel safe at this location. Upon getting out of car, kids were asking for money.

  : I called previously saying I was going to be checking in late around 3 am -after a 12 hour drive I got to the hotel & they said they cancled it because we were a few mins late we arrived like 20 mins after 3 & nowone called or anything before canceling and said because it was now the next day I would have to re book and pay again because my hotel was already paid for & we had 3 kids so thankfully we had family in roan mountain area which was another 3&1/2 hours away I was already exausted so we had to go sleep for a few hours there then on the road again to CT is where we were going TN was our half point because we had kids with us !

  : Handicap rooms on the 3rd floor!!! Thats ridiculous for elders and disableds. The elevator was broke they should have mentioned at the time of reservation

  : The staff on Thursday they were lovely, Friday morning not very friendly was a different person.
  : Booked the room early online, apparently no rooms ready upon arrival had to wait an hour, did get an upgraded room to king size for the wait but it had roaches, the ac barely worked, was filthy, the bed was old and worn out, the tv kept saying it was out of storage and turning off the cable and there was only a remote to the Cable which did not work to clear the tv storage issue, sheets had burn holes, people living there had kids outside yelling and playing at night and early in the morning playing which is no big deal but it was not a comfort hotel, it is a last resort stay. The staff are lovely it is the place that needs to be fixed the company is at fault for this situation.
