  : From the moment you pull in everything goes has planned. From parking the car, to checking in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is okay. It’s a bit of a walk, but not too bad if you are going to the aquarium. So be mindful if you have children. Other than the location, I wouldn’t change anything. My Family will be back.

  : I checked out at 8am the second day. I had to leave for a family emergency. They could have at least made it right with some sort of parcel refund.. I'll not stay there again

  : We enjoyed our room, especially the complimentary robe and slippers. The staff was super helpful, curious, and kind! Everything was very clean!
  : Unfortunately, we didn't get to experience everything the hotel offered because we got married Friday evening. We were exhausted when we got to the hotel at midnight. The only complaint I had was that someone at the front desk said they'd send up a dessert for us as a celebration, and it never happened. Honestly, that's the only complaint I have.

  : Breakfast was good. Valets were nice. Location was nice.
  : This is my second Westin in 3 months. Th room was not clean. Blood spatter on the wall adjacent to toilet. Furniture was busted then staples were applied to reattach it. Found a women’s hair tie beaide bed. Found candy between chair cushion. a LOT of hand smudges on floor length mirror. Crooked lamp shades. This room was overall poor condition and not what i would expect from a Westin. The food we had the first night was chicken with canneloni beans—it was ao bad ao i ordered tuacan soup..it had an odd toaste that i could not put my finger in. To mask the taste i asked for crackers because ot was a $9 soup and even though it tasted weird i was hungry so i needed to eat. Bartender brought iut pita chips…not crackers but pita chips. I imagine thats all they had. Our breakfast was pretty good and the swrvwrs were nice but…my coffee cup would get bone dry three times when i had to hu t one of them down for a refill. There were only 4 tables i cluding us and two of thise tables had just one oerson at them. They had two people working the dining room. Empty coffee cups should not have been an issue. Overall this is not the property i will stay at for my next trip. Clean your rooms better and replace battered firnuture. Its a terrible image of westin.

  : The bed was comfortable.
  : The room wasn’t clean, and the remote didn’t work. We for a new remote for the TV and still didn’t work. The guy told us they had new remotes and none of them were working. Good in the snack bar was awful. We left our phone in the bathroom and wow the customer service to get the phone back was HORRIBLE. Whatever you do, do not leave anything at this hotel. I spoke to three different managers and had to keep calling to follow up and repeat myself. We paid almost 300 to stay less than 12 hours and they could have cared less to her our phone back to us. I had to tell THEE people, two managers, my information over and over again. I’ll never stay at this hotel ever again.

  : Pool shut down early at 730pm when the time was normal 11pm due to someone kid pooping in the pool.Water bottle was already open in my room.Housekeeping was knocking on my door at 830am for checkout when checkout time is 11am.
