  : My vehicle along with several other ones in the parking lot had Slices of cheese thrown on them during the night. We notified the staff and was told it was probably the local kids in the area.

  : The breakfast...It was a "hot" breakfast, so we assumed it would be hot. We went to the lobby and the receptionist gave us our choices as to what they had available, took about 5 minutes for her to package them up in their back room while I made our coffees in their Keurig. Got on the road and opened up our bags and did not realize that the breakfast burrito/chimichangas would be still frozen. Maybe I should have known but I assumed she would microwave them for us OR maybe she could have let us know that we would need to go back to our room and do that. There are not many options for drive through 10 miles out of Cheboygan!
  : The room heater was set at 56 but it was at least 80 degrees at all time. Until I got up and turned it off in the night. Then it was about 50 degrees when we woke up.

  : We have stayed at this Best Western many times. Beautiful location on the Cheboygan River which is part of Michigan's Inland Waterway. We are very happy that they have rooms that allow pets. This weighs heavy toward our selection of where to stay. Happily Cheboygan River Terrace Best Western, is the best hotel in the area that allows pets. I just pray that pet owners that stay here, are responsible, and treat the opportunity as a benefit, so that it can continue.
  : Not the properties fault, but COVID restrictions really do make a huge difference in what guests are able to do at the hotel. It will improve when COVID is hopefully defeated. There were some cosmetic issues with a few things in the room. More attention to detail and maintenance will correct these problems.
