  : The house was left very clean which is reassuring during these times. Its very spacious which is good when you have ten people to not feel on top of each other! Plenty of parking and beautiful views.
  : Curtains are next to useless, just thin sheets not lined with blackout so let all the light in which is not ideal when you are trying to put little ones to sleep at 7 and they then wake at 4 thinking its time to get up! Communication with the hosts could have been better, we enquired about a stair gate and they said they would see if they could source one and let us know but didnt get back to us even to say no.

  : Location. Staff, facilities. Nicely decorated, lovely fluffy towels everything we needed was there. Conservatory was excellent, we sat in there 95% time, watching duck, geese and gosling
  : Few plates cracked and a broken chair in front room, which clearly was broken previously, and someone tried to cover it up by leaving it for someone to sit in, fortunately no one was hurt.
