  : Every floorboard creaked! Bring ear plugs as property is on a dual carriageway - not as bad as it reads!

  : Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, although tired, staff very nice and location good. Bulb needed replacing in downstairs wc and was dealt with immediately. Good vfm
  : The sofa's and beds were uncomfortable and tired. So some of our party didn't sleep too well. We also didn't bring shampoo soap and conditioner as it stated it was provided. Only body wash in shower.

  : Loved the location of the property, the amount of bedrooms and the digital access.Great party house if a group wanted to stay for the races.
  : Lack of space downstairs, no large dining table only a fold up one and 5 chairs.As in other reviews, settee and mattress are very tired and could do with replacements.

  : Spotlessly clean and has everything you need for a stay. Lovely bed linen and bath sheets ( big plus). Excellent location for the Racecourse ( about 7 mins walk) and the city centre is literally on the doorstep. Fantastic value for money. Would definitely stay again. Excellent communication prior to checking in.
  : Floors are very creaky, you can hear your travel companions if they get up to go the bathroom during the night. I live on a main road so am used to traffic noise but I imagine it could be a problem for some. Stairs up to and inside the property are steep, so guests with mobility problems could struggle. I was in a room at the front of the property and would have preferred a blind at the window for privacy. Minor things but worth advising future guests about .City
