  : I thought the place was very well kept, cleanliness wise etc. Also the fact that the host left a starter pack of milk, Welsh cakes etc which I thought was very kind of her. The location, just outside Chester and very close to a large Shopping Mall was also very useful and helpful for us.
  : Obviously it would always be useful if their was a toilet separate from the bathroom so 2 people can get ready simultaneously in the mornings. I found the set top box for tv channels a bit cumbersome as I am so use to having my Skybox.

  : We had a few days for my husbands 60th unfortunately the people staying in the flat above were very very noisy. Their children constantly ran around from very early in the morning. I did complain to the owner but no improvement. I have taken it up with booking.com but no compensation from the owner was offered .What a shame. Advertising a relaxing stay and it was not provided

  : On arrival, the check-in process was straightforward. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack of coffee, tea, Welsh cakes & and biscuits, and even treats for the dog. A small milk was in the fridge......lovely touch.The apartment was lovely and clean and decorated simply with no clutter.The towels were lovely and thick bath sheets, ample for a larger lady, like me.My bed was really comfy. Can someone message me with the make of the mattress, please The location is semi rural with very easy access to motorways.The local retail park has a Tesco, Aldi, and other food outlets.Local takeaways do deliver to the apartment.
  : You don't walk straight out to the fenced back garden, so I had to carry my little dog in to the garden.The fence around the garden isn't suitable for small dogs, my dog's a Pomeranian, and he got through the fence.
