  : The location and yard is perfect. The host was very nice.
  : The lack of amenities. There was no soap, no paper towels, and only a couple Towels were provided. For the price I expected the a bit more.

  : The house itself is absolutely gorgeous!! We enjoyed every minute there! The house is located very close to the beautiful beach and you can also walk a little more around the beach and see fantastic places like mountains and a lake with flamingos and much more! You do not need to go anywhere else - just enjoy your time in the house and along the beach! The shop is 8 minutes walk.
  : In the house we liked everything but when it started raining our only way to the beach became a disaster!! We had to walk on the muddy puddles and sometimes they were pretty deep! The only thing the owners should do in that case is to put some wooden walkways like the closest hotel made for their guests.

  : It's great location, 3 mins walk to te beach, which is really nice. Each apartment has own small garden, hidden from neighbours. The only challange is a distance from any market, grocery, you definitely need a car to go.

  : No fly screens, no grill, no toilet paper, no rubbish bags provided for separation of rubbish (as described in the dossier received via WhatsApp). No attention paid to details of arrival time as requested via booking.com and by the property management group, the requirements for checkout were a little extreme considering the 150 cleaning fee paid ie folding of sheets and towels and the removal of rubbish etc etc.

  : The best feature is of course the location. You would be really a stone throw from the nice beach (Campana Dune) and in walking distance from several more beaches. The house itself (we got No 1) was not that big but big enough for our family (2+2): big kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet with shower cabin and bidet. Both bedrooms had double beds. I would prefer to have 2 single beds in one of them, but it was what it was. Outside: Safe parking with gates secured by code. Nice lawn around the house.Two sunbeds. Some beach tools provided (probably left by previous tenants), like sun umbrella and sand toys. Washing machine (outside but under the roof). Inside: The dishwasher. Every room had an A/C, which was also great. Pillows, mattresses, blankets (we've been in October) could have been better, but also acceptable. Nice linen and towels, very clean. Kitchen utensils were almost enough and quite new, nothing to complain, though I had to buy a new frying pen. The old one was scratched and too big for the dishwasher.
  : We had been visited by ants couple of times. Not very nice experience, and really you can't do a lot with it, except trying to keep everything spotlessly clean. Also you should keep in mind that if you are planning to cook sometimes, the supermarkets nearby are quite small. There are no big networks' stores like Eurospin or Carrefour around. The one within the walking distance (Luna Market/Sardissimo) is completely useless, we were shopping at Made in Sardinia Express or Sirio Market further along the road. No seafood over there, but apart from that you have the choice. They won't let you starve. Pecorino cheese in Made in Sardinia Express was delicious.

  : 2 times there was a big party in nearby restaurant. It was extremely loud, whole house was jumping, kids couldnt sleep till 3:00 in the morning
