  : Fantastic location to see Chicago! One block back from the river and Riverfont Walk. Most attractions within 20 minute walk and walking felt perfectly safe for a solo female traveller. Lovely big comfortable room. Great “continental” breakfast included juices, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bagels, croissants, muffins and bread, but also waffle maker to make your own fresh waffle and hot breakfast muffins and biscuits with bacon egg etc. Happy Hour was actually 2 hours with complementary free drinks and snacks in the breakfast room. Coffee maker in room even had tea capsules and friendly staff provided cold bottled water on request.
  : No pool in the hotel. Fitness centre on 5th floor was right opposite my room and I was wakened on the first morning by someone dropping big weights on the gym floor. I’d hate to have been in the rooms below that, so ask for a room away from the fitness room. No restaurant or bar in the hotel, although plenty of options nearby. Price was high compared to similar European city hotels, but the Rolling Stones were in town, so maybe it’s less expensive at other times.

  : Dining area too small for the large crowd in the hotel during breakfast. A/C was little noisy. Bathroom fan is too noisy during the first couple minutes when you turn on the light. It can wake somebody up.

  : I liked the location because of how close it was to the river and many good restaurants and your staff was helpful and friendly.
  : I did not like the lobby or the fact that there was no lounge area or bar and the operation of the elevators were funky to say the least. But what I truly despised about the hotel was the ecological disaster of a breakfast buffet. All the plastic waste and unhealthy food choices were dumbfounding,

  : Very good location. Very friendly staff especially the bar staff, really lovely guys. Bed was really comfy, great sleep. Good breakfast each morning.

  : The location is the best, the elevator and WiFi are also good. The staff was great :)
  : Breakfast was very very simple, very few options and the area you’re supposed to have breakfast is small, not comfortable at all. I’d also say that the hotel is not much on the “family side”, which is not bad, just an observation if you’re looking for a different vibe. Also, there’s visible damage to the room, and the bathroom we got is outdated.

  : We made a reservation and arrived at 1:30 in the morning. The girl said she had not our reservation and no room available so she just threw out of the hotel in the middle of the night without any help. Even if the girl said she didn’t had our reservation and no room for us (we didn’t sleep there), she charged us the night. How can she charge us if she don’t have any reservation at our name??? Almost 3 months later Kinzie is still not responding to the messages and we didn’t get any refund yet.
