  : I didnt know there was a breakfast when I checked in the woman dis not tell me anything the next morning my husband saw what looked like breakfast somewhere near the lobby but we werent sure if we were invited as we were not notified! The woman who checked us in was quite rude also ..

  : The front desk was very professional, pleasant and nice despite the mostly deplorable conditions that she has been enduring for quite some time. The hotel should have closed down for the renovations. They were scheduled to be completed in a bit over a year and due to the firing of a couple of construction companies, this property is a total shambles.
  : I really didn't like that the fact that the place was undergoing a major restoration and that fact was never disclosed on Booking.com or even the hotels website, yet I paid full price for a not fully functional hotel. No pool availability. Dirty, dusty conditions everywhere. No credible breakfast and certainly no where to sit in and around the lobby to partake in the ultra pathetic and meager offerings, ie; a few puny red apples, some very off brand yogurt cups, and some of the smallest and cheapest cellophane wrapped pastries. The kind one would expect at an elementary school. No juices, no water, I didn't even see a coffee station. Ill clearly be contacting Booking.com and the property's parent company for a refund for non-disclosure of the above stated facts. Booking.com should pull them from the account until the work is completed, which a near as I can tell is still over a year away. Yes, I am in the construction trades...

  : We had been following up on our refund because BOoking.com already charged us the stay but Chino Motel still charged our staff upon arrival. Been requesting a refund for a good 2 months and no resolution had been made.

  : The hotel is in an easily accessible location. The staff were friendly.
  : Active construction site, no notices other than "we are renovating" on the website. We were woken up at 6am to the sound of drills, saws and hammers. The room was dirty, the furniture had stains only visible to us the next morning when we woke up, sheets and pillows were stained, when we asked room service to change the sheets, they gave us sheets and told us to change it ourselves. We stayed one night before our booking because we arrived to our location early, when we checked out and refused to check in for our booking, managers made it very difficult to sponsor a refund even though none of the amenities were available due to construction.
