  : Only the fact that this room ( its not hotel or any other place we normally say) anyway it's close to Port and many coast restaurants that's it....

  : We really appreciate the flexibility of the property manager who managed to accommodate our request for an early check-in and also helped us carry our luggages there
  : Because of our request for an early check-in the property manager offered an alternative offer of a flat near the rooms which at first glance looked alright. However, windows were dusty, almost no toilet paper (we used kitchen paper instead), window shutters were dusty and no instructions were given on how to switch on the water boiler and lock the apartment upon departure. The property manager was annoyed and texted me on whatsapp on why we left the key on the door where i explained that the door could not shut otherwise and then blocked. In retrospect, we should have waited for our check in time and not accept the alternative option of the flat nearby.

  : We woke up with bedbug bites after sleeping at City Zen Chios. At the beginning, the hotel manager was friendly and understanding. However, although they promised to reimburse us after this incident, they never transferred the money and later refused this possibility. City Zen Chios not only provided very low hygiene, but also refused to take any responsibility afterwards. I would definitely not recomment this place.

  : Elena was very helpful, we have arrived a bit earlier than our check in date, and she was not at the office at that time, but she has came only for us to hand out our keys to the room. There is no elevator in the facilities, but she helped us with our bags. The room had a tiny balcony which we fancied, and the room was on the 2nd floor, the bathroom was spacey, the room's size was enough for us. There was a minibar which was working very well. There were also a TV, mostly Greek channels but there were a few English channels.
  : Because it is a very central location, it was quite noisy until 4 a.m. in the morning. We are not disturbed by noise that much so it was not a big issue on our side. The shower cabin was really small, though the water pressure was good and we hat hot water.
