  : A lovely new build house with plenty of space for a family or group of friends.
  : The bedside tables in the master suite were too far from the bed and consequently turning off the light was not easy! So surprised not to see some USB sockets around a new build. This house needs to up itsgame with the little extras available for competing in the luxury market.

  : We stayed in Maple House and overall it was fantastic. Really comfortable, spacious, clean. We loved the hot tub.
  : A few little niggles. The cafetiere was damaged, which made the morning coffee experience rather poor. The dishwasher needed the filters cleaning as things came out rather unclean. I would have liked some egg cups and good sharp knives. Little things, but would aid the overall experience.

  : The house was large, catered for all 8 of us! Hot tub was great.
  : Felt like it had been empty a while but still clean just quite a few cobwebs everywhere

  : We ate in. The Kitchen was large with nice table so we could chat and arrange our own breakfast.
  : Did not read instructions properly before arriving and did not get gate key code so causes some confusion. Did get Email clearly outlining this but find not get until we had worked out how to get in. So email just with this info send though day before would be good.The single bedroom was very small whereas the main bedroom was huge, and bed4 had plenty of room for an ensuite. The main problem was the people in No 2 as they seem to have more than the stated number of guests and played loud music Amwell as turning the barbecue onto a fire pit. One if us went assess in their pajamas to ask them to turn it down. Had a problem with cleanliness of the hot tub on arrival. Tel H 10 mins latter and turned but 15 min later to resolve it.

  : Wonderful spec of property. Lovely hot tub. Plenty of room for our wedding group.Plenty of parking.
  : On arrival the keys were not available, not ideal with a baby and a Tesco delivery van waiting..

  : Lovely well equipped spacious modern house. Very handy for the pub nextdoor. Our family was in the area for a wedding and Maple house fitted the bill perfectly.
  : Although this is high scoring property there were some issues. Firstly the main downstairs bedroom en-suit door lock jammed shut. I did manage to force it open, we did not shut it again just incase it stuck again. It was reported and a handy man was available at 10am next day but we were getting ready for a wedding so we declined help. Also the general cleanliness was ok but the attention to detail was poor. The chrome radiator in the downstairs loo was covered in water stains. A quick buff over would have sorted this but obviously it wasn't done whilst cleaning. The tops of skirting boards were dusty especially behind the doors when they were open, clearly not dusted when the doors were closed. The patio doors were smeared badly and the living room windows had child hand prints over them.Also cobwebs in the light and lamp shades and also in some of the corners of the living room.
