: Lovely spot with stunning views over the classic Tuscan countryside toward Mt. Cetona. Great location between Chiusi and Chianciano. Apartment is not fancy, but clean, tidy, and lovely. Simple living area with huge fireplace. Kitchenette is small but surprisingly functional. Outdoor terraces will be a delight in season, as will the pool area. I stayed in a lovely en-suite bedroom with large bathroom and door to terrace. Beautiful light and views, plenty of bureau/clothing space. I had a picturesque walk down the lane. I highly recommend this quiet, peaceful lodging. Another great feature is Renato, the gracious, communicative host.

: Renato was helpful with questions and advice. Proximity to other villages was good if you have a car. Quiet area, room was clean and fairly large. Good wifi. Nice views of the countryside. Is ok for what you pay.
: A little hard to find, no clear signage from the main road. No food or beverages available on site. Need a car to go to the supermarket or restaurants. No change of towels or bathroom cleaned after 5 nights. Kitchen is shared with another apartment which wasn't clear when booking. Property is a little run down.
