Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of EUR 30 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note on Saturday and Sunday reception is open from 08:00 to 12:00, and from 16:00 to 22:00.

Full payment of the booked stay is due on arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable rates.

The kitchenette should be left clean, otherwise a final cleaning fee applies.
