  : Check in and location were very good. Atmosphere was lovely and staff friendly. Historic building beautifully decorated.
  : There was only one pillow on the bed and no throw (extra blanket). Our room was over the entrance so somewhat noisy. The walls are very thin, we could hear everything in next room so they could hear us. The layout of the breakfast was poor resulting in congestion - things such as the cereals, fruit and yoghurt not being beside each other, coffee machine being in the corner so that it interfered with other things.

  : Our room had zero view , just looking on to wall , and almost no nateral light , need lights on at all times ( other rooms overlooked plaza so close carefully when selecting room)

  : The staff was friendly, but we were only given our room at 3:30 pm, even though the description states that check-in is at 2 pm. It is centrally located in Ciudad Rodrigo.
  : We stayed in an attic room that houses about 4 rooms, where the elevator doesn't reach and is somewhat 'hidden.' The ceiling height is low; in fact, I hit my head on the top of the bathroom door. The beds were not very comfortable. The hotel is poorly soundproofed; I woke up several times during the night due to noise from adjacent rooms, as if they were right next to us. Everything was audible. Breakfast is not included, which further detracts from the stay. Considering all these, the hotel is expensive.

  : Room was exceptionally clean and had lovely old fashioned decor- keeping in the style of the actual building.
  : Walls were paper thin. The couple next door were on their mobile and the voices were clearly audible in our room. The conservation lasted til 11.40 pm and then the television was put on. It was hard to get to sleep.

  : The facade of the Crisol Condo Rodrigo is lovely, overlooking a small square close to the Cathedral. The entrance reception area was pleasant, the staff welcoming and helpful, providing a tourist map and recommendations on where to eat. The breakfast room was clean and nicely laid out with plenty of choice for breakfast.
  : The bedroom we had was functional and had no character as it was an internal room of the hotel with a window that looked out onto air conditioning pipes. The bathroom was nice and roomy with fittings to look like old brass.
