  : Bed wasnt a proper double..cleaner could have done better ..breakfast was below my standard..not Heinz beans ..no hp sauce in a bottle..only sachets of cheaper options..bacon could have been better ..no option of a mug for tea continental was below expectations..bread for toast could have been better..only 1 fried egg .. only 1 hash brown

  : The facilities at the hotel are excellent. Good car parking which you book in when you register, very easy. Cheerful member of staff to greet you. We were meeting up with our extended family that evening and all decided that the menu had an excellent choice accommodating our one member of our family who is vegan. The meals were tasty, plentiful and well presented. Full marks to the staff who were so nice. The rooms were a good size, en-suite bathrooms clean a good sized bath towels. The shower was lovely and hot. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
  : The lighting in the room wasnt adequate to enable you to see to put make up on. Better lighting or a mirror that has a light incorporated would improve this. The pillows were too hard for me but, may be that would have changed if I had mentioned it to the hotel? but, I improvised.

  : Breakfast was very good with help yourself pastries, fresh fruit salad, and you can help yourself to as much toast, tea and coffee as you wish plus the cooked breakfast was very good.
  : There was an electric fan available but in our bedroom there was no suitable place to site it

  : We stayed at the Kingscliffe three times in 2023 and this stay was as good as last year. The choice at breakfast is very good, fresh fruit, toast, juices and a good cooked menu. Smoked salmon with scrambled egg was the best I've had for a long time. Lovely smoked salmon. The evening dinner choice was also very good. Well presented with very good service.
  : There is nothing that can be improved from our view point.

  : Position was great. Room and bathroom were a good size, modern and bright. Soft white towels. Large free car park.
  : Couldnt get any reply to our phone calls prior to visit. In the end they did reply to a message I sent. Lower paintwork on the walls in room marked/scuffed/grubby
