  : The staff at check in was rude and not knowledgeable. Check in took FOREVER and she seemed confused by the process. VERY disappointed that an extra 150.00 had to be held in addition to the 2 day room stay that was reserved and charged. We also requested that the second of our rooms was near or at least on the same side as we always request and that didn't happen. The people one room over smoked weed all night standing outside by the air unit and partied like rock stars so our room stunk horribly when trying to go to sleep. No we didn't call because we didn't want them retaliating. We have always used this hotel as our meeting place each summer and fall since 2012 however, we are looking to change to the Hilton Rooms 2 Suites in two weeks and moving forward more similar to what we had always had prior here.
