  : It is clean and quiet. The staff is extremely polite.
  : The bed was absolutely the most uncomfortable one I have ever been on. I woke up numerous times and experienced pain throughout my body I have never felt before. The semi-thin mattress is on a wired and bar supported platform. I could feel the bars. It was torturous. Also, the distance between the bathroom counter and door was so narrow that I wanted to keep the door closed because I felt I was going to hit my arm on the door if I left it open while doing my hair/makeup.

  : The girl at receptions was nice.
  : Online photos were NOT accurate! Suspicious men were standing outside the hotel. Two women came in the front door while I was checking in and they both looked strung out on drugs. One of them collapsed on the floor as soon as she walked in. It was very disturbing. I almost called the police but the girl checking me in acted like this was completely normal. I told the girl at check-in that I was very sorry, the accommodations were not what were pictured nor portrayed when I booked and to please cancel my stay. She told me she couldn't cancel my stay and that I would have to call Booking.com. So far I can't find a phone number that gets me through to a person at Booking.com. I had to find and pay for another hotel in Clarksville that night. It was just a terrible experience and I'm still trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone to request a refund. Looking back on the experience, I should have taken photos but I was just too freaked out and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
