  : False adverisement! We booked this room for the pool so we can relax from our long travel. Found that pool is under maintenance but advertisement does not reflect this! There is nothing to do outside the area. Very isolated.

  : Even there the breakfast was only 5 days a week it was really good
  : They hotel staff lied and said the pool was open only for me to check in pay than and find out that it was closed. I was there 5 days no one came and knocked to clean and the 2 days I requested my room to be clean I was told they were understaffed they then made me come and get my own cleans towels and cloths.

  : They had ther pool broke which I was told on the phone that the pool was swimmable. No cats to put our luggage on had to borrow food cart from kitchen which was very dirty . My preg 8mth daughter scrubbed that umm yeah no microwave in room no towels.. Never will stay again . oh the allowed a party over 20 people pull chairs up outside ther motel. They were drinking starting problems with people coming in n out included me n my daughter also . No never again my Mother should of gotten some kinda refund .. so no do not stay ther

  : Breakfast was not free, staff tried to enter our room at 11pm at night with a key while we were sleeping, pool was closed and nothing was stated on their site about pool being down. Breakfast area was dirty and ran out of food quickly.

  : I liked the location.
  : I stayed for two days and the first morning I asked housekeeping for clean towels and I was told that there weren't any and I should go to the front desk. I'm the guest I should not have to retrieve towels from the front desk. Entering the building it did not smell fresh. The building is old and it needs remodeling. There's only one cart to transport your luggage. One older gentleman at the desk needs better customer service skills ( short Caucasian male) I'm not sure what his position is. The free breakfast was great. Saturday and Sunday they charge a fee for breakfast with the cost of my stay it should be included. There's no broucher or pamphlet to tell you what's in the area. My two nights cost $400 + I've been to better places for less the price. I would stay again at a lower price.

  : I booked and paid more here because the kids wanted a pool, but the pool has been closed for a while now they said. The sign at the front desk and website says otherwise. The room had no curtains to keep the light/sun out. They definitely need more stuff working the front desk.

  : Parking was convenient and free and hotel location was perfect for what we were looking for. Front desk staff was kind.
  : The hotel is extremely run down. It looks like it hasn’t been updated in years, with old everything- low ceilings, doors that look like they’ve been broken into, hallway walls with black marks, old elevators, etc (hotel lobby was cooled down by a large industrial air unit). The hallways had a weird smell to them, the ice machine on our floor didn’t work, our air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and the pool was advertised as opened starting Memorial Day but it was green and not able to be swam in. Pictures do not match hotel descriptions.
