  : I like the location of the facility and the size of the rooms.
  : Management. It must be under new management from our previous stays here. We've never had problems with any of the previous property managers. The ones that took over now were fairly nice but we noticed they would watch/stare at us a lot, they followed us when my husband was not present (myself, my female friend and my young daughter), they'd listen to our conversations, and there were a few occasions where they would hang around outside our door when they knew my husband was gone. They would regularly watch him or us leave and when he was gone they behaved differently and made us very uncomfortable. They also had children cleaning the rooms. My husband had a family event to attend so he was gone for several hours and we felt the need to spend our time away from the hotel because we did not feel comfortable being at the property without my husband because of how these men behaved. We felt we were being watched and not in a harmless way. Lots of the lights fixtures were missing light bulbs, there were missing baseboards, the pool pump is not running and when management was asked about this they acted like they didnt know how to do that. The pool water reeked of chemicals but there was no pump or circulation. We pulled clumps of hair and bugs from the water on multiple occasions and the walls of the pool were grimy and black and the grime came off on your fingers. It was an ok stay, but women and children beware. If these people are still in charge in the future we will be looking for other accommodations because between the odd behavior and the obvious decline in the upkeep of the facilities we dont feel this is a great place to stay anymore, which is sad because we've always had positive experiences here.

  : The hotel was close to the beach and they had all kinds of beach equipment like inflatables, chairs and body boards for the guests to use.
  : The room was not cleaned properly, the kitchen cabinets smelled awful and even the towels were dirty.

  : Paid in full on Booking.com but was charged surprise $60 amenities fee at check-in. Facilities nice and clean but they should invest in new shower curtain liners

  : Great location-steps from the beach
  : Beware of the scam of charging extra money for “amenities” upon check-in. They never refunded the money despite the owner’s assurances that they would refund the unnecessary charge. Also, they never respond to emails or phone calls about the refund. The place needs a solid scrubbing of the sticky floors and kitchen surfaces, such as fridge door handles and others, that one does not feel like touching. The loose shower/faucet could use some professional fix. Then people would not have to stand in a pool of water on the floor afterwards - yes, We have used the shower curtain - the floor wouldn’t be warped and probably getting mouldy.

  : The beach is across the street this is the best quality of the hotel. There was a working stove and good size refrigerator with microwave but for the stress the manager caused nothing is worth that
  : The hotel manager charged me more when I got there saying its spring break even though i already paid through this site. Then i still had to wait past my booking time to enter for the housekeeper to finish, even after going to the beach to give more time and i dont think they wash sheets or change them at all really Not only me I watched 3 other hotel goers wait for their room as well.If you are looking to relax get ready to see the managers face all day long walking around the hotel being nosey. This place is for older people not for spring breakers not for people with kids. The room is outdated. I also dont feel he liked people of color I watched him harass another couple across the pool from us.
