  : Staff was very rude when we needed clean towels, always gave my kids attitude. We even had to buy our own towels for the pool. When we wanted towels we had to bring the towels down to trade for clean towels. When you’re staying for more than 4 nights and it has a pool there should be towels offered without the rudeness. We had to do laundry because of how many days we stayed. The machine kept stealing our quarters, front desk wouldn’t refund our money. It was even hard to get change from the front desk to use their laundry facility. They even told us to go to Taco Bell to get change. That’s very rude to not help your customers. Washer wasn’t working properly and the dryer wasn’t working very well. This is the worst customer service and I will never stay here again when I visit my family next time.
