  : The facility was in the process of renovation. That affected the check in process, room cleaning, basically everything. I suspect my experience would have been better if the renovation wasn't in process.

  : They front desk could not find 1 of the 2 reservations I booked and claimed it was a booking.com error. after calling Booking.com And explorias corporate number found out it was not their error. the front desk finally found it. this process took over an hour and a half only to be assigned rooms in what is best described as a zombie apocalypse. The building we had rooms in was under complete construction. There was construction debris inside and out, loose wires out, toxic fumes, doors propped open to the outside. no access through the front door. We wasted another hour on the phone with Explorias corporate office begging to have our room changed as it was toxic and unsafe. No one from management at the hotel to people from the corporate number could accommodate us. booking.com tried calling and there was no answer. we eventually begged for a refund and left. they told us they get this complaint often. Exploria ruined the first day of our very short trip.

  : The place was nice and clean, very clean in fact.
  : Miscommunication. Had a bad experience last Saturday. By 8am someone calls my moms room and said I had to attend a presentation. My mom doesnt speak English so I went downstairs to check the information The front desk said that I needed to attend a presentation at 8:15 and if I didnt showed up they would change me over $300 for the room. I had no ideia, no one told me that, I was terrified. She told me to go to welcome center, ordered me a shuttle. At the welcome center the said my name wasnt on their list, couldnt find any information, that I had to go to club house. Waited for the shuttle against At the club house the guy said my name was not on their list, that I didnt had to go to the presentation. I asked him to double check that information about 4/5 times. And he told me, well you can freeze the card or dispute the transaction. I dont want to do any of those things, I just dont want to be charged for something I had no ideia about it and have a headache over this. This took me about an hour, by the time I came back, after another shuttle, the breakfast was over.
