  : I only liked my previous 2 or 3 stays. Thats it and it's convenient because the hotel is close to my job if I need to stay somewhere over night
  : The Staff member(night shift) on 3/18 going into 3/19 was very rude. Made me feel like I was beneath him over a misunderstanding paying thru a 3rd party. Even though I apologized and have made reservations before. Also the room key barely worked and the room smelled. The TV channels where not even linked up right. The bathroom fan was very very loud and it was dirty. Also 2 outlets where out and 2 lights in the room. It was like the staff member punished me for the misunderstanding. His customer service skills where terrible and hos tone of voice very a misunderstanding and then to give me a terrible room. Is unacceptable to me. I filed a complaint for a refund and etc.thru customer service

  : Staff were very friendly. Room was pretty clean and in good shape. Had a small kitchen sink (though not a kitchen). Bathroom was in pretty good shape as well. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but not a huge deal. I just needed a place to sleep and shower, and this was a solid choice.
  : If the water pressure in the shower is the main thing that sticks out, it was in pretty solid shape. To be fair, I was here literally only for sleeping, and then moved on.

  : We had to go to a different hotel. their policies weren’t stated online regarding deposits. Booking.com customer service (Nathanial, my hero!) found us a different room & we had to pay for that and get reimbursed. On fido. com it says that they take pets and on booking.com it says nothing about deposits but at the location it asks for a deposit. I’ll avoid motel 6 after that. It waisted our whole day so we slept in the truck and got our room the following day. while there the gentleman at the front desk apologized to 2 different guests that they would be without water from 4:00-11:00 but offered them no discounted rate nor any measures to compensate them, not even bottled water. 1 sided hotel with no value for its guests time and accommodations. The property from where I saw looked like the pictures were taken a long time ago and they’ve done the bare minimum if anything at all since. They lack consistency and accountability. They say absolutely nothing on booking.com about a deposit and it says pets are allowed and stay free. The booking is pay in advance and non-refundable. Seems to me like an intended set up; knowing people will get there and have no option but to pay it… shameful trap!!
