  : The pool was nice. Each room I stayed in was clean.
  : We had to change rooms three times due to mechanical issues and mix up in reservations of other guests.

  : Room had CockroachesAnd the bed was God, awful floors were gritty and disgusting. I was there on a business trip my friend got a room his bed had blood on it. We noticed that when we checked out of the hotel, housekeeping staff did not even have fresh sheets. To make up any of the rooms. So they are only making the beds and not changing any bedding. When i walked in my room There was a big brown cockroach. That greeted me at the door. After driving for thirty hours I was extremely exhausted so I just killed it and showered and put my luggage on the desk. When I woke up the next morning to my surprise. I went to use the restroom, and there was another brown cockroach. Saying hello to me from the bathroom ceiling this one had a Sack of eggs attached to it meaning she was pregnant. When me and my buddy informed the front desk. We were told that all they can do was give us 15% off the room. I reached out to booking and have yet to hear back on anything as far as compensation. This hotel Is nothing more than just like the movie Joe's apartment. When you check in, you're met by roaches. Which if you're not careful, you may bring some friends back home with you. Will never stay in this Roach motel ever again. Cant believe booking allows this type of establishment to be listed on their website. And i can't believe choice hotels knows the condition of this roach infected place. I have video of my room experience.

  : It was room and had ac. The front desk lady very helpful and nice too, wasnt her fault at all.
  : We had to change our room due to a leaking fridge. Then the only washing machine was out of order, which was the only reason we booked there, we had asked the front desk and she didnt even know it was out of order. To use the shower we had to ask the front desk again and she pulled out a binder with the room numbers and apparently each faucet was different, for our faucet we had to pull and it felt like it could fall out of the wall. Couldnt fill the tub up if you tried because the drain plug was busted. And make sure you check for a shower curtain because our room didnt have one. And finally the toilet seat felt like you could fall through it.We were planning on staying for three nights but all of this put a damper on the mood, and we just left for the baymont next door. Again, Ill reiterate that this wasnt the fault of the front desk lady, apparently they were having a staff shortage, and the Quality was lacking.
