  : It was a very large room and the ac worked very well. Shower and bathroom were very nice and clean. The mini fridge/freezer is good plus a microwave. I wish we had time for the pool but a storm interrupted us, it looked nice though.
  : I could've used firmer pillows or more pillows for the bed. The tv is a nice size but has no apps, its just cable channels. The toilet paper was very low quality. Breakfast was decent but I felt the attendant for it was rather rude and affected the atmosphere with how aggressively he went about his tasks. Most of all I was very let down by being mislead on booking's website. The room listing was for an Oceanfront room which I paid the extra amount for. The room given to me had no beach view and faced the pool. I addressed this with the concierge but they pointed out further details saying poolfronts are also choices for the oceanfront. I asked to be switched to an available oceanfront but they did not provide one.

  : I loved the location and being so close to the beach. Loved going on the balcony and looking at the ocean. Loved that restaurants are in walking distance.
  : I did not like walking into the lobby and having staff seem like they were unhappy. Seemed like it was an annoyance to do there job. The staff are supppose to be welcoming and we surely did not get that vibe!!

  : We love the location and that the rooms were recently renovated . We had an issue with the ac in our room, and within an hour it was fixed!! Martha at the tiki bar makes great drinks and is very welcoming! Also love that animals are welcome!
  : Don’t like to have to pay for parking but the fee is minimal compared to other hotels.

  : Room was very clean and everything was working, which is rare for a lot of hotels. We were oceanfront and in the heart of Cocoa Beach next to the peer. Beach was beautiful and very easy to access. Nice parking lot for the hotel as well.
  : Both girls that worked the front counter for check in during the day totally went thru the motion only and had no personality. Did not feel very welcome that’s for sure. First girl on check in said they would call me when my room was ready(NO CALL) why bother telling me something when you have no intention of doing it.
