  : Room very good size manager very helpful.
  : No parking. No fan nor cooling in the room. Cognac has very poor public facilities to recharge electric cars. Maybe the hotels can influence the council to sort this out...we will not be able to visit the beautiful town again unless reliable and accessible recharge points are installed.

  : Perfect location, in the center of the city close to lots of shops, restaurants and beautiful gardens Very friendly and helpful staff. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. And the free breakfast in the morning had freshly baked croissants, pain au chocolat, to name a few of the delicious options that were offered. My young adult children loved the espresso machine! They helped themselves to it when we first arrived in the afternoon and in the morning too of course. The rooms had a fan, only one out of the three rooms we rented had AC. But the weather cooled down at night.
  : We like having an AC in the room, which we didnt have. Opening the windows makes it noisy from all the cars since the hotel is on a big street.
