  : Spent three days with 2 small kids without hot water, the owner rejected all responsibility and categorically refused any compensation or partial refund. We ended up leaving 3 days earlier than planned as hot water was nowhere in sight and had to re-book another hotel at our expense. On the first day we were simply blamed that we had used up all hot water in the boiler and should wait until the next day (despite the fact that there is no individual boiler in the appartment). On days 2 and 3 this became "it's not our fault, it's an issue in the whole building". We were also advised to wash the kids in the sea or at the pool instead. If you still believe that consumer is always right and has to be kept satisfied in any decent service business that cares about its reputation - forget it when you come here, it's only about making money short-term.Another thing that the nice pictures don't tell you is the shabbiness of the whole building and the fact that bedroom window instead of facing the outside actually goes out into the inside corridor, facing directly the door of the elevator just in front. You need to keep the bedroom curtains closed all the time and from early morning until later night you have people waiting for the elevator talking literally 1 meter above your head when you are in bed. As the apartment is on the top floor, the mechanism of the elevator is in the corridor just above the bedroom, which means loud mechanic noises every time when someone calls the elevator (from any floor in the building) - impossible to get decent sleep.
