  : Elina, one of the recepcionists was very kind and sweet.
  : The bedroom is dirty and stinks (pipes/mould/sewage).The walls are paper thin so good luck falling/staying asleep. You could hear people coughing, phones ringing, people talking.The breakfast is weak.Access to it is poor as there are no buses, trains nearby and taxis are ridiculously expensive (10 cent increase of the fare every 3 seconds).We met a really nice lady who belonged to the staff named Elina who was very available, kind and generous.We also met two xenophobic employees who made remarks about our nationality:There was an issue with the shuttle service which we hired for later that day at a certain hour. After we went to the meeting point at the agreed time, we waited for 20 mins past it without notice. After that we called the hotel staff who said they were unaware of what was going on and they'd let us know in 15 mins. We waited that time and then got a call saying that the driver would be arriving in 5 mins (mind you our meeting point was 5 mins away by car from the hotel but 37 mins on foot in a road full of cars that were speeding and no sidewalk so we really had no alternative).When we arrived at the hotel we complained about the lack of communication. The recepcionist told us that "if we hired a taxi, it'd also be late" and "maybe the shuttle had an emergency" to which we replied that if indeed there had been an emergency, they should've called us letting us know that there had been one and therefore a delay. This would've been fine. Then another worker arrived listening to the conversation and cussing us out in Italian to the first receptionist.In the end we got our money back (from the shuttle service after they failed to meet the agreed requirements) but this was no victory as the first receptionist proceeded to insult us in Italian not knowing that one of us did understand the language.

  : Close to Gardaland. That's it. If you have other options, stay away from this place
  : This is specific on room number 2:1. The toilet is smelly. It smells like poop. They gave us some spray to counter the smell but we need to re- spray every few hours as the smells goes back again.2. The door going to the main room cannot be closed. The smell of the toilet goes thru the room and this makes the door a huge factor in our complaint. We don't mind if the main room cannot be closed if there is no smelly toilet3. They require us to put a deposit of 200 just in case, but the condition of the room was terrible: a. The cooking stove is missing. What's the purpose of all kitchenware if the stove is missing. When we complained, they gave us an induction cooker, but the 2 kitchenware is not induction-capable, so it is basically useless b. Microwave looks/smells odd that we did not use it at all. I do not want to risk my deposit for that c. Utensils are questionable at best. d. Dining table is present but no dining chairs. We took one chair from our friends' unit as their room has 4.4. Staff said we should park our auto in front of our room, but obviously, not all tenants understood or received that memo. We ended up parking too far since our slot was used by other guests that stays at a different room. 5. We complained all items above right after we saw the room and since there is no available replacement room (at least this is what they said), they said they will fix it once we leave the room the next day. When we came back after our Gardaland park escapade, nothing has changed or fixed.
