  : I like that checkout was fast and simple. I also like that the hotel is located near a lot of restaurants and stores. Complimentary breakfast is a plus and staff was pleasant enough.
  : The hotel has postings for quite hours starting at 10pm however there were some loud guest stomping and running around pass 10pm

  : The front staff at Check-in was very nice. She explained the charges that would occur on my card and that I will get my credit for deposit back after check out in 72 hours.
  : NO BEDDING ON THE PULL OUT SOFA BED. TRIED TO BUZZ DOWNSTAIRS AT FRONT DESK NO ANSWER. SO I HAD TO GO DOWN AN ASK FOR BEDDING/PILLOWS. IN RETURN HE WAS CLUELESS WHAT I ASK FOR I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF TO HIM AGAIN. HE THEN COMES OUT WITH A BAG WITH ONE BLANKET!!!! NO SHEETS FOR THE BED AND NO PILLOWS, I SAID THIS IS IT, SO IT WASN'T WORTH REPEATING MYSELF ONCE AGAIN. BATHROOM CORNERS AROUND TUBE HADN'T BEEN CLEAN.

  : The room seemed very clean. They had DirecTV which had a lot of channels. The fridge kept our drinks cold and the air conditioner worked.
  : They did not have fresh towels available when I asked. We were gone most of the day, so I opted out of housekeeping because we didn't need the bed made or any cleaning done and I figured we could just swap used towels for clean ones but that was not the case. Also, the elevator was shaking and made loud motor noises so we mainly used the stairs out of safety concerns. My 14 yo son did not like the very limited breakfast options - I opted out based on his rejection. He said there were cereals, bagels, sausage, coffee, and a pancake machine, but the pancakes were not that tasty.
