  : Well, I thought that the staff had done something about the high-pitched noise that I reported twice. It was basically oh OK and that was all was said.

  : The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic! They were very apologetic and helpful concerning the issues I had with the facilities!
  : I knew I had made a bad decision about this property as soon as I got to the front entrance!#1) The doors were so nasty and dirty I didn't want to touch them! #2)The luggage carts that weren't marked out of order really didn't work well either!#3) The 1st room I was given, the curtains were ripped, the room had an order!#4)In the 2nd room I was given, I had to ask for the floors to be cleaned because they were sticky and dirty! The bathroom lighting was aweful!#5) The shuttle van wasn't in operation!#6) Coffee maker in room was nasty,the fridge wasn't stable to the floor it moved evey time I opened the door!#7) No coffee in the restaurant for breakfast!#8) The noise from the airplanes were very annoying!In my opinion ( which you asked for) The owners and managers of this property should be ashamed to list this property to travelers. It needs to be shut down for renovation!

  : Staff were unhelpful, the shuttle was not working and no offer of recompense, the shampoo etc was all messed up and washed my hair in the body lotion I think!! Bathroom sink drained so slow I thought it was blocked. Room keys did not work first time. Location not as close to airport as advertised. $20 cab ride each way to airport.

  : We were not informed that shuttle was not available even tho we made contact with the property a couple of times about our arrival time. For first timers to Atlanta airport this was very disappointing. Property was apologetic.
