  : The location is really convenient and the room that we got was big enough with extra amenities like kitchenette.
  : Paid for a double room but received a twin. Mattresses were uncomfortable with springy feel. No elevator, making stairs a hassle with luggage. Extremely limited check-in window (3-7pm) added unnecessary stress.

  : It was very noisy at night, and we couldn't sleep. The door and walls were too thin; hence, we could hear everything from the hall and neighbors.

  : The hotel is located on a busy street. The area in general feels very remote and is not that pleasant to stay in.

  : We arrived at 11 pm at the hotel because of delayed trains. They let us know beforehand that the reception ONLY works between 3-7 pm. They required extra 25 for our late arrival because they told they were going to arrange a special place to put the room key. It was just a box with password. Thats it. Every hotel does it and they do not require additional 25 for nothing. We stayed there for 2 days and we did not even see anyone at the reception. Even while leaving, we left the room key in a box. As for the room, there was supposed to be a kichenette but there wasnt. The wifi did not work at all. We could not even connect to it. The weather was so cold, but we had only thin duvets in the room with no extra blankets. The only positive thing was the Lidl right accross the hotel.
