  : The room was nice and new, looked very modern and clean. Decent bathroom space. Very good location, 5-7mins walk from Koln HBF.
  : We didnt get very hot water for showering. The half door didnt keep water from flashing out all over the floor. The bathroom door/main door was also not closing properly. There was also no hot water station in the room/the floor but you would have to go down to reception to ask for hot water. There wS only 1 night stand on 1 side. The sensors for hallways lights werent calibrated properly. I originally booked 2 nights but then my itinerary changed so I made a request (via the Booking app) to cancel one night about a week (or 1.5 weeks) before the arrival date but they rejected my request. And when I tried asking for cancellation at the reception desk, they told me I would have to deal with the Booking app directly. I was just not happy with the way with the whole situation.
