  : the surrounding neighbourhood is not maintained, it seems that many places are hit by corona or financial crisis of 2008.

  : The hotel staff was very polite and professional. Food was generally of high standard, lots of options for breakfast including some dishes cooked on demand. Dinner was mostly fantastic, we particularly loved the table service. Having a smaller selection of entrees and main dishes (in addition to a salad and dessert buffet) ensured better food quality, which we prefer over quantity. Great selection and quality of spa treatments as well. The hotel participates in organised trips and rides to and from the airport that you can book as extras. The entire place was extremely clean, and the cleaning crew would come back a second time in the afternoon to ask if anything else was needed. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet, which is ideal for relaxing holidays.
  : Although food was for the most part excellent, there were a few inconsistencies with hit-and-miss dishes at dinner. We feel like at least water at the restaurant should have been included for half-board. Same goes with coffee pods in rooms. Hotel amenities were very good, but the swimming pools were on the small side and the nearest beach is not great for swimming. Access to the spa area should be more carefully supervised and restricted. On more than one occasion some unsupervised young guests were behaving inappropriately in the spa area posing serious safety risks both for themselves and for other guests.

  : Negative:Food is very weak and hardly worth the helf-board (felt it was a waste of money): on the day of our arrival staff kept some food for us as we arrived after 21:30, but it was just very very low quality cheese, jamon and bread and a spoon of salad. Another day we went to eat at 21:10 and all the main dishes had been already removed. Only good thing were fruit.Tv had a very strong light we couldnt turn off. Had to put a towel over the tvSome staff we very rude. A gentleman at the day of the exit had a significant atitude. One day at 23:00 we wanted to order some drinks as room service and ben lied to us saying room service was closed and we had to go to the pool bar. (An obvious lie)On arrival we were told that if we could have late check out we wouldnt pay (per honeymoon offer). On checkout this was denied and we had to pay a late checkout. (The hotel denied this was said)The hotel across the room had very loud events at night, with very loud miserable karaokes singing among other. We felt we were in a very cheap resort
