  : Our TV and internet wasn't working and they diddnt offer breakfast even though online the pictures show a breakfast area. There were also alot of odd people staying there partying.

  : The location was perfect to be able to hop on to the interstate and get places quick. The view from our room was incredible as well! The hot tub downstairs was really nice after a long hike. But there was big issues that trumped what I did enjoy.
  : After a 13 hour car ride to get away from the fourth of July noise. I had requested an early check-in(10 am-11am), extra towels so me and my significant other could shower when we got there, and extra pillows for my bad knees and metal in my leg. None of my requests were done, followed, or even a thought in the staffs mind. When I showed up and requested an earlier check in, since I hadn't heard back from my request through booking.com, they did accommodate, although with irritation. They allowed me to check in at 10am. When we got up to the room, pulled the duvet and sheet back to get ready to sleep for awhile, the sheet was wet to the touch. Requested a new sheet, proceeded to have to wait another half an hour to sleep so the employee could make the bed because we couldn't for some reason. My significant other went downstairs shortly after and overheard the employees complaining that if we wouldn't have been 5 hours early for check in we would have had a dry sheet, even though I requested an early check in and was ignored(sheets shouldnt be wet going on a bed in the first place-MOLD). During the 3 day stay we were really uncomfortable and bothered by junkies/drug dealers sitting outside the back door. One of them was walking around the premises with a needle in his ear. The back/side door was also being made to be propped open with a rock so people could go in without a room key, HUGE safety risk. My significant other had stepped on glass methamphetamine pipes while taking trash out back, days in a row, not just once. Lastly the microwave didn't work so we went down and asked for a new microwave. That also wasn't able to be accommodated, so we just had to go without food. If we had the expenses to just go to a different hotel we would have in a heart beat. This trip was supposed to be a get away, and all it has done was make me want to leave the most beautiful state.
