: Facilities are very clean. Breakfasts were wonderful; tasty and just right size portions. One of the reasons I booked Holden House rather than anywhere else was because of the excellent reviews on your breakfasts. They were justified. Our room had everything we could want, including a teddy bear and a rubber ducky.
: For us old people, having a room at the top of the stairs without a landing (in the Carriage House) was probably not the best, although we managed. The recliners were a nice touch but not the best on the back. While I slept fine in the bed, my husband thought that the bed bothered his back.

: The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The neighborhood was quiet and close to town. Love the professional service of the staff. So friendly and I Iove how they show how much they love working there. Love that the breakfast was made fresh every morning. That no children under 21 and no customer pets.
: The neighbors walking their dogs don't pick up their dog poop in the right of way. This made it difficult to get out of the car when parked in the street. You couldn't step out of the car without stepping in dog feces.
