  : Staffs were nice but doesn’t make up for the terrible condition of the place.
  : Lots of trash and dog poop in the halls. Smells like weed and poop. Not clean. Payed $84 a night for a budget stay but thats actually way too expensive for what I got. Not a single cup or any kitchen ware even though theres a kitchen. No soaps in the bathroom except tiny bar of soap. Was given the flattest, tiniest pillows. Loud and dirty.

  : The place stunk when you went in when I got my room roaches were everywhere the shower was disgusting food stuck on the floor I'm actually looking for a refund... That place is very disgusting

  : they don't have breakfast the staff is rude as hell the owner threatened me and then called the police on me because they moved us in a room with bed bugs we asked for a refund they moved us to another room we found a thousand bed bugs under our pillows under our sheets my 1 year old got bit so much I had to take her to the hospital the hotel reaks of smoke and animal urine me and my husband was outside smoking and found a used needle in the smoking area where kids play I even cleaned there patio for them to help them and the staff was very disrespectful about it my kids like to come out and run around when we are smoking how could they with used needles alot of sex trafficking going on there too

  : The customer service was great. That would be the only thing I could say that I appreciated
  : Where do I even begin….. the lack of AC in the lobby, made it hard to relax. There seemed to be people on the “rock” or that “crystal” hanging around the entrance of the building. There was dog poop everywhere, and there was no security I didn’t feel safe leaving my car locked on the premise. The kids there were tunning amuck and even on scooters in the building. There were people beating there animals at 11am at night literally hearing a dog scream down the hall and the owner slapping the crap out of it. There was no security. The room itself was available and beds were made but tell me why the dresser had 3 drawers, one with no handle, one with a bolt for a handle, and one with an actual dresser handle. The room smelled stale and musty and it didn’t come with toilet paper. Glad I brought wipes. Night one I crashed hard and the next morning I went to take a shower and noticed rust or blood on the tub so I decided not to shower and I had a 2 night stay. It wasn’t until the morning of me checking out that I noticed something that was the straw that broke the camels back. ROACHES! There was a cockroach staring at me when I was packing everything up to leave. On the floor, in the sink, and I saw 3 additional scurrying across the floor. I can’t believe that this could happen. If this place continues to have rooms paid for they need to be able to meet health codes. I would’ve let someone know but the reception desk was closed when I was heading out. Just know I will never stay here again or refer this place to anyone. I just hope the ladies who work there are able to find another job if this place closes as they were the gems of this stay.
