  : The location was great. It is close to many shopping areas, the mall and restaurants. The room was newly renovated and clean. It had a nice small kitchen area with a small cooktop, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and fridge. There were dishes provided if needed, a coffee maker and toaster. The staff was very nice and all had great attitudes (front desk, housekeeping, other staff). The king beds where clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice with a cool lighted mirror that changes light colors (soft/bright) as well has having an antifog feature.
  : There are renovations that are still going on, so you can hear some of the work going on during the day and evening. Also the work crew and their materials are close so to the area you park. Also it seems as if the renovations may not be checked as well before opening a room. When I entered my room - the AC was off and the temp was 81 degrees. I immediately turned it on but later found a big puddle on the floor. I called (staff was nice and said others had called and were also experiencing the same thing) and they said it was a known issue due to the recent high heat and AC usage. So I was offered more towels. I did get them but was worried this would mess up the floor. I'm sure over time it will. Also at one point I experienced the ceiling leaking from another room above me. Which was most likely their air conditioner leaking on the floor or rain coming in from somewhere. I thought ACs were supposed to drain outside. I did let the staff know (once again - very nice) but there wasn't any maintenance crew onsite at the time it was reported and I was offered more towels and asked if I wanted to move rooms. It was late, I was tired and checking out the next day - so I declined. Didn't sleep well because the ceiling was had a large bubble and I was sure it'd burst overnight. It didn't. I did make sure I let them know again upon checkout. They attributed it to the recent renovations. No area is without these at some point, but I did see a small roach....who got away - darn! I didn't report it but went to the store and get some traps - didn't want it in my clothes. Just that one episode of that. The renovations are great but I believe the quality control needs to be better. Another idea may be even to temporarily close down for a short time and complete all renovations so everyone is not there at the same time. I'm sure the workers may appreciate that as well.

  : This was the worst experience ever I’m currently waiting on my refund after changing 3 rooms I was finally able to get a refund. The rooms were dirty, nasty sheets and mattress and top it off it had roaches sorry but I’m not allowing my family to in something disgusting like that !
