  : It was clean and spacious.
  : It seemed a bit sketchy. The bed was rather uncomfortable. Every noise in the building could be heard in the middle of the night. The people in the room next-door had a dog with them who barked his head off much of the night.

  : The bed was very comfortable
  : They have a noise detector that is very sensitive. If you make too much noise, in my case laugh at a movie during the day time (not even during quiet hours) they threaten you with a $500 fine and kicking you out.

  : Location, comfort and plenty of space for our family!
  : Not a problem with Kasa, but with Booking.com somehow my original reservation was switched from a 3 BR to a 2 BR ( Booked this 12 months in advance ) Contacted Kasa directly and was able to resolve issue. However, had to pay even more and rent a King Studio as the 3 BR was booked to another party. All in all I will still use Booking.com for most stays in Hotels, etc but when its a property like Kasa, VRBO or Air BB will likely book directly thru them.

  : nice decor, great location and parking was easy!
  : there were no light blocking shades so it was extremely bright in the morning. the tv could have been mounted so you can actually watch it from the bed.

  : Elevator not working. Elevator blared an alarm outside my door for 3 days.No staff helped me move in or out considering I had 6 luggage bags and no elevator working. I was on the 3rd floor.I had to leave 2 days early because of the inconvenience. They offered me a room on the 2 nd floor but still no help to move my 6 bags.No microwave in the room

  : The location was central to the city - with loads of cafes and excellent restaurants, we took our dog with us and a lot of the cafes had outdoor seating so we could take her with us..The beds were so comfortable that I intend to change my mattresses out when I get home !
  : As far as I was concerned I was fine - however being in the centre of downtown close to a major hospital there was a lot of activity and street cleaning machines and sirens at night - BUT I grew up in the centre of a mahor city (London) and spent a lot of my youth in Paris and Rome - so that was a given for me but might not meet some peoples expectations :-)
