  : Brian at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean. I loved the fitness center! It was the best feature of the place but there is one Peloton and 3 treadmills. Plus there is a trail/ walk/ bike path outside the hotel but it was raining so I didn't check it out. The room has a mini-fridge which you can stock and a microwave.
  : It was a bit loud I heard the cars from the highway all night and there is no white noise machine or way to keep the air blowing all night to drown it out. The bathroom is tiny there were no bathtubs available and the door for the bathroom is a sliding one. There was no skim or 2% milk and the breakfast had very limited options. It had great ratings and is a Hyatt so I expected a bit more.

  : No chance to use the bar or restaurant because a large group had taken over the whole first floor inside and out.

  : The location was great. The hotel was beautiful and clean
  : Our room was 80 degrees. The AC did NOT work. When we complained to the front desk we were told maintenance was not on site and there was not another room clean that we could switch to. We had plans to stay until 9:00 or 10:00 then go out to breakfast...instead none of us slept a wink and we left the property at 7:00 a.m.Additionally, we went to enjoy the bar and was told they were out of almost all food and many of the beer selections as well as liquor selections we tried to order. We were told by the bartender it was not adequately stocked as a result of being busy the night prior to our stay.

  : The breakfast option was great, and the staff was kind. The room was quite clean.
  : The room I booked via Booking was not actually available, so I had to take a different room. The hotel was also slow to respond to requests via Booking and didn’t acknowledge them until after my stay. Pillows are terribly flat.

  : The staff was excellent at meeting our needs. Patrick was very pleasant and even engaged in conversation with my kids. The only that would have made it better would be a waffle maker at the continental breakfast.
