  : The woman who checked me in was very kind and pleasant to talk to. She was polite, friendly, and efficient.
  : The first-floor hallway smells so bad. The parking lot is horrible and the property looks run down. The room is nice and clean, but the property overall and the smell detract.Breakfast is so-so. The waffle iron sticks, so it's messy. There's not a great selection (oatmeal, boiled eggs, packaged and very dry bagel, cereal, waffles, sausage, apples, and bananas).

  : the rooms reeked of cigarette and weed. there were stains on the bed and on the towels and there was a hole in the bedroom floor with drywall just hanging out of the wall. the area had many pot holes and the roads were poorly kept.

  : Told me the room I booked several weeks in advance was not available (king suite), but that the room they were giving me was still 2 rooms with 2 queen beds "just like the room I booked" (front staff and manager both confirmed several times the beds were queen size), however it was one room with two double beds (I was also reassured that I was receiving a "great rate" because the rate was double what I paid, when in fact the rate on their website for the same room they said was unavailable was less than the rate I was paying). The employee at the front desk the following day told me they wouldn't have offered a room with queen beds because they don't have any (essentially saying that I was not told the room had queen beds the day before) and continually tried talking over me when I was explaining what I was told the day before and that two double beds do not work for my families needs and if there was no rooms with larger beds available then we needed to find somewhere else to stay. After I called Booking to request a refund for the second night stay, as the front desk employee stated I had to do, he came down to the room and stated that he initiated a refund and that we'd get it in 24-48 hours. The booking customer service rep had already put through the refund request to the property, however they never responded to the refund request so Booking cancelled the request. I've tried to contact the property multiple times about the issue and they have yet to respond to a single message.
