  : Location close to a conference I was attending and it was cheaper than other nearby options.

  : It was in my price range for 3 nights. Front desk Woman was very nice and welcoming!!!
  : It's out dated, the old smell throughout, carpet is from the 80's and stained with filth, walls in our room had brown spots no sure from what, makeup/feces or other. We had to unplug the microwave for the TV to work and vice versa to use the microwave. The outlet was trash. The biodegradable pool full of filth, concrete inside was green at the bottom, pieces of concrete was broken, cracked around the pool, there was a tag hanging on the fence stating it's under investigation due violations and people were still swimming, smh!! The breakfast was from the 90's. Orange juice were in small cafeteria (peel back) foiled lids cups that looked like apple sauce. To top it off the hot water never got hot Hot! These Folks are extremely Cheap and no effort has been put in this Hotel since it opened in the 80's!!!

  : Facility upgrades are needed. Carpet in hallways are stained, housekeeping needs to do a better job of notifying maintenance of slow drains and insects in the bathroom area.

  : The staff was rude, not helpful, the rooms was dirty no baseboards was cleaned lamps was dusty. The hallway stank and was filthy.. the African Amer woman at the front desk needs some courses in hospitality

  : The sofa bed was uncomfortable, thin mattress. The water in shower did not get hot enough.
