  : Excellent location. We picked this apartment because of the location and air conditioning. We didnt read that air conditioning automatically turned off from 10pm to 7am. We had a terrible night, didnt sleep. It was extremely hot. They have 3 fans that didnt help much.There were other less expensive options that we could have picked.The apartment is located in a fourth floor, no elevator.Public parking 10 min away. 20 Euros for 24 hrs.

  : It wasnt clean there was tiny spiders on the sheets. The was no drains in the bathroom so every time we shower the bathroom floor floods. The air conditioner only cools the spot in front of it.

  : The shower is uncomfortable as water leaks out and doors dont close properly. The air con is very old and barley works. It was incredibly hot for all the nights

  : The customer service and response from property manager was horrible. I sent multiple messages via booking.com and never received a response. The property is very poorly managed and the pillows smelled

  : Location was good - in the city. Close to shops and restaurants.
  : 1. Key collection was a nightmare. We were informed that someone will us at the property. We had to wait outside for a while and call to get code to get to the keys. The number was engaged - as it was one lady dealing with all the customers. At one point I was told they manage 174 flats. 2. Dishes were not clean and had food stuck to them. 3. No soap provided - we eventually found a bar of soap stuck next to the shower. Not very hygienic. 4. No toilet roll provided. We called the host and texted her several times. She said someone will deliver - but no one showed up. 5. TV did not work 6. Sofa - you could not sit for more than 5 mins very uncomfortable. 7.....and contrary to what they say - they do not have parking. You need to find out the nearest public car park and park there. This is fine - but in the description they say parking available at a cost! Very disappointed for the amount paid. For what was paid - you expect basic cleanliness, soap and toilet rolls to be provided. Please avoid.
