  : The smell of smoke.. The people posted up outside smoking every time me and the kids pulled up. The few roaches we saw. The dirty shower curtain.

  : Staff was very friendly!
  : We were unable to get any sleep which that was the entire purpose of renting the room. We had to travel the next morning but only got a couple hours of sleep due to the staff trying to come in the room all night and morning. I thought someone was trying to break in the room but after going to the front desk to extend checkout, that’s when I found out it was a staff member. Our room was still showing vacant do that’s not our fault. We ended up getting charged an extra day on the rental car because we are sleeping at a truck rest due to lack of sleep. Nothing was said about a refund or even half off our room. Very disappointed.
