  : Beautiful location, clean rooms, convenient to BHOF. Great restaurant with exceptional service!

  : came in for one night stay for cooperstown tournament. experienced two different front desk clerks, male front desk attendant was welcoming and helpful, female was kinda snarky, and polar opposite of welcoming. she made everything difficult- even when our team was bringing 55 guests to dine at restaurant, I wanted to make sure my hotel parking was okay (checked in and out within 15 hours and wanted to make sure parking was honored for 24, and she could’ve been nicer and less difficult, her answer was yes but came with an attitude and made me feel I overpaid for the room and that my experience should be noted. paid too much for small room that was underneath stairs so from 430am on I was up with the foot traffic. rooms were clean and hotel property is beautiful, besides the female front desk clerk and the room beneath the stairs

  : Great location the room smelled so I opened a window. The Carpet felt wet and it's very old. Furniture and bedding. The air conditioner worked but not that well. We were glad it wasn't hotter.

  : The sheets on the bed were wet. They had to be replaced The A/C was not working at its best. It didnt get the room cool

  : The location was picture perfect and offered great views of the lake while being conveniently located to the heart of town. The room was very clean. The staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The restaurant served an outstanding breakfast at a reasonable price, again with super service.,
  : Parking was tight, but we were there on a sold out weekend. The rooms could have benefitted from added amenities like Kleenex and perhaps a small table in the bathroom, as there was limited room for toiletries. The room was basic, but comfortable. I’ll trade pared down for super clean any time.

  : Super close to downtown Cooperstown and you can walk everywhere- which is nice considering all parking in town is paid parking
  : They didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave in the room!
