  : 1st and last time I will set foot on this hotel for so many many reasons:Receptionist- very awful service. He is really showing you that he doesn’t like what he do. It’s like being in the reception is almost painful for him. Not smiling or greeting is fine, But he took his sweet time checking us in, moving really really slow. We had to changed rooms because our a/c is not working. He took his time calling the maintenance, we had to go down to the reception to changed keys and he was radio/informed that we needed to changed rooms, he was there sitting not even moving until we approached him. They inconvenienced us, the least he can do is show us that there was an urgency to give us a new room, but nope, he took his sweet time. He literally showed us that he was too lazy to move. It took longer for him to changed our rooms, longer than the time we were checking in the first time. Seriously this guy.Room-picture posted was way different than in person. Pictures was edited so good that it almost belong to a total different hotel. Carpet smells, very musty smell. Carpet is so dirty. Elevator is so old is too slow. If the pictures was not edited, and they posted what really the hotel looks like, we will not even bother checking in. We felt duped. Never again on this hotel.lastly, about 9:30am house cleaning opened our door to clean the room. Why would you even try to clean the room at 9:30am when check out is 11am? They kept on knocking while we sleep, if no one answers, then move on, come back at check out time, but no, he opened the door like we didn’t have any privacy!! Seriously, very very horrible experienced!

  : Easy on and easy off highway
  : I was reminded that checkout is 11:00am and to use our contact less checkout by replying OUT and we will E mail you your receipt shortly. I replied that I hadn’t received a receipt. I still haven’t received a receipt after five days. Serving breakfast would have been nice for the price we paid for the room.

  : The front desk were friendly and apologetic about there not being an electric car charging station as their description states.
  : Our biggest complaint is that the Booking.Com description says that there is an electric car charging station, but when we got there we were told that there isn’t. Also, the facility is dated and needs some upgrades. There’s no good reason to ever stay here again.

  : Linens were clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly.
  : The pet-friendly section on the first floor(basement) smelled like sewage and there were fruit flies all around the room. Pet-friendly room smelled okay, but should have been cleaned better, prior to check-in. The floor was not cleaned well. Hallway was not vacuumed or kept very clean. Random q-tips and things alike on the floors. Very thin walls. Unfortunately would not recommend based on the cleanliness.
