  : Location was fine, this is an old building with the expected issues of uneven flooring and creaking boards, but that wasn't the issue. The bed and linen were clean and comfortable and the shower operated adequately.
  : Window frames were extremely dirty with damp and mould evident, there was no way to lock the window either. The bathroom was adequate in size but the structure needed attention, decor was poorly maintained and grouting was old and discoloured. I was requested to book my breakfast when I checked in, I asked for 8-8:30am, however at 8.05 the breakfast room was in darkness and no staff were in evidence, another guest was there who informed me that breakfast had been late the previously ious day also. At 8:30 I left the building still having seen no one. The other guest and his colleague having already headed into town to seek a breakfast elsewhere.

  : Big clean room and very dog friendly. Great tea and coffee facilities in the room.
  : Breakfast very disappointing. All self service other than cooking. Cereal nearly out of life. Kettle a real H&S issue . Very dangerously y positioned on an extension lead.
