  : No communication at all. They didnt ever answer my texts. It said it was supposed to have coffee etc in the room but there was not. Also there was no dish soap to wash the dishes.

  : Very nice room. Old quaint building near some small restaurants
  : Finding the building was difficult. GPS brought us close but to the side of the building on another street and there was a builing next door with the same number #7. Ends up this is on a super short street and this is the only building on it with no evident street name. Look at the provided photo of the building. Code to unlock key safe is in French. Translate to English is easy but you must do it. There is no attendant on site and they do not answer the phones. . It finding lication and check in procedure was easier I would rate this higher.

  : The apartment was located on the entrance of the town on a lively square with a bar and restaurant. The building was magnificent and the apartment very romantic. It was very cold in April but the heating worked fine.

  : Nothing. The apartment shown on this rating site is the one I had reserved (with balcony) but I was given a different apartment (no balcony) with a different apartment number from the one on my reservation. Note: this is the second time (in less than two months) that I was given a room that did not conform to the one I had reserved. Could booking.com please enquire into this problem?
  : Everything. I did not get the room I reserved but the women running the boutique downstairs (the proprietor) said she had nothing to do with the room assignment. The bedding was very smelly, the sheets looked like they had not been changed. I had to remove everything from the bed including the mattress protector in order to use the bed (and spent a sleepless night). The was a problem with drainage in the shower, which made taking a shower very challenging, unpleasant and unhygienic. Unfortunately it was very late when I found out the state of the room, and my phone was blocked and I could not call out. This was the worst place I've ever stayed in.
