  : - old town etc within 15 min walking distance - parking spot - clean - well equipped - great communication with the hosts
  : The only thing that was a bit off at first is the smell of the apartment because the humidity was quite high during our stay. Opening the windows was impossible due to the mosquitos, so maybe use an dehumidifier :)

  : Helpful hints: Firstly you dont meet the owner - something we are not used to! We were over an hour outside wondering how to get in. The phone number given did not work. Eventually spoke to Booking .com who got the owner to give us a code for the box next to the door which contained the key. It just says number 18 outside (no mention of Kalixenia) and I do not know where the parking was but we managed to find a space in a nearby street. It took us a while to find it by car as driving through the town is a bit of a nightmare! Best way to approach it is along the coast down from the marina., the marina on your left and Corfu Palace on your right. After 300 metres you see an obelisk on your right. Turn right here and its the 3rd street that crosses over. The flat is on your left but the road is blocked on your left so you have to walk down steps from there or find a way round. We parked on a street on right.
