  : The location
  : The entire experience I had with this place was strange. The place is so confusing to walk around and try to find your room. The elevator is so sketchy. I didn't see 1 person that worked there the entire time I stayed except the security guard. The outdoor pool was always locked whenever we tried it, the indoor pool was kind of dirty, the gym was locked with no instructions on how to get in. No wifi. It's all very outdated in every way. Tiny bathroom and balcony, nothing really looks like the pictures. It gave off shady motel vibes instead of feeling like the RESORT that it advertises being, especially with a required background check. The bed felt like a brick, the dishwasher was broken, there were cigs in the ashtray outside, and the coffee machine was in the bathroom closet. Definitely needs some updating and maybe some more detailed cleaning.

  : The office staff were super friendly and helpful
  : The bed was uncomfortable, and although it appeared clean, the shower track had stuff floating in it and the dishwasher had water standing in the bottom of it.
