Beach Club Condos

  : clean and nice inside. close to beach.
  : sofa bed was broken. ceiling in the building but outside our unit was falling down and rain was pouring inside. the storage door on the patio was broken and didnt close so it was banging all night during the storm. I called to complain, was told Id get a call back, never did. Had to call back after a week and demand a refund.

  : The layout is very nice. Plenty of room room for two people and one dog. Love the keyless entry. Nice mattress, huge walk-in closet shelving and plenty of hangers. Balcony with 2 chairs and a small table was nice. Cute decor. Very pleasant.
  : It was on the 3rd floor which I should have expected since I wanted a balcony. There are lots, and lots of steps to get up to the condo. No problem for younger people but difficult for us. (We needed the exercise anyway.) Our 11 year old doodle also had a difficult time with the staircases, but like us it was probably good for her. It would be nice to have a recliner in the living area. (The furniture is very nice, clean and ample...just saying a reclining chair would have been comfortable.) I didnt find any potholders, but used the dish towels instead. We would stay again but on the ground floor.

  : Quite, clean, friendly property, and very close to beach.
  : Not so much about the property but our condo had a patio door that had shifted and was hard to close. Not only that but it rained heavy one night and water was pouring in from the top of the door frame! This was condo 331, Im sure other condos on property are just fine.

  : The location was probably the best part because it was so close to the beach. They had nice beach decorations and it was pretty clean.
  : The condo itself and the hallways were not good. Im not sure who owns the building but there were signs that construction was taking place but no one was working on it. There were huge holes in the ceilings and dirty walls as we walked up to our room. Also the actual price was $100 more that the initial price on booking.com for a cleaning fee but we had dirty towels, bed skirt wasnt put on properly and the building itself was run down.

  : Arrived at location without condo number. Thought I could go to registration desk and inquire where to go. Did have lockbox number but didn't know what building number. NO registration desk to inquire, only Homeowners Association Office, which was closed. This was early afternoon. Finally saw maintenance worker that helped us figure out location of condo. I am 77 and my husband is 79. It was 92 degrees out and humid. This all took about 30-45 min to accomplish. The condo was on 3rd floor! No elevator. Was NOT told this. So hiked up to 3rd floor with luggage and one blind dog. Condo was clean and comfortable . Next morning my husband saw lady going into office so went to tell her all this. She finally answered and rudely asked him if he saw closed sign. She informed him he has to call owner of unit if he had any complaint. We didn't even know it was privately owned much less by who!!! She also told him that he should not have bothered the maintenance worker. If we had not talked to him, we would still be sitting on the curb. We left next morning even though we paid for two days. Very poor communication with Vacase and Beach Club at Padra Island Tx. Will never use either again.
