  : Rooms do not look like pictures online. The suite was super small, it was hot and not clean. No waters or trash cans. The hotel itself have a creepy vibe kind of scary. Very disappointing. DONOT STAY HERE When checking in there was nobody at front desk she came 10 minutes later from outside

  : We always appreciate the size and function of the suites. We have stayed at multiple locations.
  : Dirty room/roach on floor/sticky surfaces, lack of response from management. 1 of the 6 televisions actually worked in the 2 suites. Holes in towels, hair in tub. Chipped up tub.

  : The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room had kitchen, fridge and microwave which made things much more convenient for us. Location is perfect close to major stores.
  : Building maintenance is needed. The AC vents need to be cleaned. The paint job was awful and it is obvious. The finishing on the tile are badly done. The carpet needs to be replaced.

  : NOTHING! they didn’t even have our room available!
  : We didn’t even stay here. When we arrived to check in at 3pm, they did not have our room available. They said the AC went out and they didn’t have another room available. Traveling with a family with 2 kids, we reserved a two bedroom suite. Drove 5 hours from Houston on spring break week with nowhere to stay!!!! I was infuriated!!! And Marriott will be hearing from me as well.

  : The staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was decent. The area has a lot of shopping and eating options.
  : Upon arrival we found the toilet was leaking. We reported this immediately to the front desk, but nothing was done until the next day, when they had to move us to another room because repairs could not be completed (all very accommodating, but it was an annoyance). The new room had a dripping showerhead but was at least an improvement. Everything is a bit dingy and dinged up. The side door closest to the shopping center did not lock, despite having signage stating a keycard was needed to open. The "hot" breakfast items were never actually hot. I would not book here again, too many other options in town.

  : The front desk staff and the lady overseeing the daily breakfast were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and courteous would be my best way to describe them.The breakfast was very good. Tasty food with a nice variety of options!
  : Our room was spacious and laid out well BUT the bed was awful as well as the couch.The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock. I absolutely could not get comfortable and could not sleep due to being in pain. The couch was equally hard.Also, the hallways smelled highly deoderized My eyes started burning and I began coughing each time I stepped out of our room and upon our arrival back to the hotel.

  : Great place to stay between the bay and the beaches. The kitchen area was great for cooking meals away from home.
  : The tv was broken and it wasn't fixed after notifying the front desk. Several lamps would not turn on, the dishwasher was out of order. And the pool was freezing cold.
